Capacity Expansion and New Team Members
Two new specialists in CNC 5-axis machining have joined our team. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to significantly increase our production capacity and optimize processes to work more efficiently, including during weekends. This step allows us to respond faster to customer demands and deliver products in even shorter deadlines.
Cooperation with a Multinational Company
We are also proud to announce a new partnership with a renowned multinational company. Together, we are working on the development, production, and complete assembly of an electronic device. This cooperation confirms our credo: “FROM IDEA TO FINAL PRODUCT.” We provide our customer with a comprehensive tailor-made solution covering all stages of development and manufacturing, ensuring absolute comfort and reliability.
New Materials and Technological Challenges in May 2025
The manufacturing world is constantly evolving, and more customers are shifting from metal to plastic materials. We have reflected this trend by dedicating May to machining the demanding PEEK material reinforced with 30% glass. This experience confirms our readiness to take on new technical challenges and our willingness to meet customer requirements.
A special challenge was machining semi-precious stones, requested by one of our customers. Together with our tool supplier, we first selected suitable tools for this specific material and successfully tested them this month. The result is the start of production from the semi-precious stone LARIMAR – a rare light-blue variety of pectolite found in the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas. This material has a hardness of 4–4.5 on the Mohs scale, and we use a state-of-the-art MAKINO CNC machining center with a spindle speed of up to 30,000 rpm for precise machining.
Participation in Bilateral Talks
We concluded May by actively participating in bilateral talks organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Austrian Economic Chamber Advantage Austria and the Slovak Plastics Cluster. This event was primarily intended for manufacturing and technology companies and suppliers of specialized services for the engineering and plastics sectors, as well as metal processing and production technologies. Such meetings help us develop new contacts, deepen expertise, and open doors to promising projects.
